Terms of Service
1. Services
Nuance Creatives provides creative services including brand identity, web design, and content production. All engagements are governed by a separate project agreement signed before work begins.
2. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of all final deliverables. Working files, unused concepts, and source assets remain the property of Nuance Creatives unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
3. Payment
Projects require a deposit before work begins. Final deliverables are released upon receipt of full payment. Payment terms are specified in each project agreement.
4. Revisions
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions are billed at our standard hourly rate.
5. Limitation of liability
Nuance Creatives is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of deliverables. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
